سيّدةُ الشّرق
لسيّدة الشّرقِ عروسُ البحرِ
معشوقةُ الشّمسِ والقَمَر
بيروتُ القصيدةُ والهوى
أيقونةُ المعبدِ
أفروديتِ إيدونَ
عاشقة فينيقّة الحبِّ

لبيروت قنديلُ السّماء
ثريّا الكواكبِ أسطورةُ الكونِ
آيةُ الحُسنِ
خفقُ الجِنانِ
ودادُ الغيومِ والسّنابلِ المؤمنةِ بربّها
***
تبكيكِ أوغاريت وحيفا
ومدائنِ المتوسّط والأطلسيِّ
كما السُّها في أمسياتِ الأنينِ
والحنينِ لمرافئ عشقكِ السّرمديِّ
***
أيّتُها الغارقةُ في يمِّ الدّماءِ
والدّموعِ
صريعةُ الذِّئابِ
كفكفي الدّموعَ
تهيّئي للولادةِ الجديدةِ
للغدِ الآتي على أكفِّ رِجالِ الشّمسِ
وبيارقِ نصركِ المؤزَّرِ
على مغولِ العصرِ تتارِ الزّمانِ

أيّتُها السيّدةُ مُهابةُ الجانبِ
لأنّكِ سيّدةُ الدّهورِ
تحفةُ كرامةِ الشّرقِ
حفيدةُ الفرقدينِ
سفرُ الوعدِ المكتوبِ
على جبينِ العصورِ
لن يقوى عليكِ البينُ المتوحّشُ
رغم الجرِاحِ النّازفة
وقرابينِ قوافلِ الياسمين الشّهداءِ

Wolf hunt

Prepare for the new birth
For tomorrow to come, on the palms of the sun's men
And the blessings of your victory support
On the Mongolian era Tatars of time
